The unexpected news of Amala Paul and A. L. Vijay`s divorce is getting more somber after more revelations keep trickling in. The already shocked fans and media are keenly watching every latest development in this issue.

The 2-year-old marriage came to an end as the couple found it difficult to cope with differences that cropped up in their relationship.

Amala Paul is yet to speak up on this issue. But one of her close family friend spoke out about the reasons behind the divorce. According to her version, it is Vijay`s family who is behind this scenario. They blighted the relationship by instigating differences.

Vijay had no objection in Amala pursuing her acting career and in fact was very supportive. But her parents never respected her aspirations and did not even consider her as a family member.
